Refund/cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
ALL refunds will be subject to a processing fee. Cancellations received after August 31, 2026 and "no shows' will be subject to the full convention rate.

*100% refund minus $100 processing fee if received by 8/17/26. Refund amount $550.
*50% refund minus $100 processing fee if received by 8/31/26. Refund amount $225.
$750 Regular Rate Convention Rate
*50% refund minus $100 processing fee if received by 8/31/26. Refund amount $275.
No refund for Sponsorships, Golf, Welcome Reception, Breakfast, Awards Dinner, and other.
