Ed is a recognized state department of transportation leader on the topics of safety and resilience. He has served as the chair of the Committee on Transportation System Security and Resilience for the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials and has testified on Capitol Hill about a variety of infrastructure resiliency issues. Sniffen is a professional engineer and earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Santa Clara.  

David has been a manager, dealer, advisor and tech entrepreneur with 41 years of retail automotive success.  He is a leading expert on profitability, a trusted advisor to leading automotive industry executives, and co-founder of multiple multi-million dollar tech exits.  His combination of retail automotive experience (public and private), as a software solution creator, automotive data expert, entrepreneur, speaker and consultant makes him uniquely qualified to understand what dealerships and automotive vendors must do today, and in the future, to achieve maximum results.  He also has a regular weekly retail automotive focused podcast featuring some of the most respected thought leaders in the industry.

Tim has extensive experience in public policy, regulatory, antitrust compliance, international and government affairs at NADA.  His work focuses on antitrust compliance, regulatory and information policy, legal representation, legal research, legislative drafting, domestic and global chemicals policy/chemical management issues, product stewardship and sustainability issues, international initiatives and coalition building.   He earned a juris doctorate from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. 

Melissa serves as the executive director of HADA. She graduated from the William. S. Richardson School of Law. Raised in Maui, she is the president of Hawaii Public Policy Advocates, LLC, an association management and government relations consulting firm. She earned an undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Hawaii and currently serves as the vice chair of the Hawaiian Humane Society board.
