Flower Bouquet Workshop

It’s the season of love and flowers. For this year’s Valentine’s Day, skip the typical roses shipped from below the equator and opt for a local, organic bouquet.

At The Ecology Center, we grow our certified regenerative, organic flowers with care and with an emphasis on quality. Each flower is planted from seed and stewarded to the vase. Before harvest, they grow in our soil and serve as the favorite farm visit for an array of birds, butterflies, bees, farmers, children, and visitors.

Together, at our workshop we will enjoy the harvest and make one-of-a-kind bouquets for yourself or a loved one. We will start our experience with a walk in the field, exploring what’s growing at the source. Then we will head to the flower studio to craft our hand-tied bouquets, with an array of seasonal blooms, colors, and textures. Our Flower Program Team will teach about the techniques of design, color, and composition in a bouquet arrangement. Bring a loved one or a friend for this intentional and beautiful farm experience!
