Meet the Instructor
Erika is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor specializing in Mindfulness-based psychotherapy. Working under a music therapy director in 2020, Erika discovered the healing properties of sound using crystal singing bowls. Since then, Erika has utilized soundbowls to guide clients through states of consciousness to change deeply rooted beliefs and foster pathways to newfound realms of joy and compassion. Erika seamlessly integrates the art of sound healing with the practices of meditation and somatic experiencing, crafting holistic experiences for those she guides.
