Cocktail Evening and Auction in aid of Ukraine at the Caledonian Club
Join us for a wonderful fundraising cocktail evening and auction in solidarity with Ukraine and its people in the heart of London's Belgravia.

We would like to invite you to come together to raise funds to support Ukraine and its people.
The event will also be a great opportunity to learn more about Ukraine and its culture, enjoy contemporary Ukrainian music including a live performance, network with like-minded people and join in various fundraising activities of the evening:
Auction - conducted by Natalia Voinova from Christie's
Silent Auction (online) - launched on 20th June and will close at 10pm on the 29th June (includes preview of the auction lots and raffle prizes)
Raffle (one raffle token is included with the event ticket and more tokens can be purchased at the event)
You can also donate via our dedicated fundraising page at any time, even if you are not able to come to the event. Every donation is gratefully received.

Auction items are generously donated lots including 2 night stay at the Dorchester Hotel with breakfast, a Ukrainian flag signed by Kalush Orchestra - 2022 Eurovision Winners, an interior design consultation and much more.
You can enjoy a welcome drink on arrival and light snacks and canapes throughout the evening. A variety of drinks can be purchased at the bar.
The first 100 guests will receive a very cute blue&yellow bracelet made by 2 kids in eastern Ukraine especially for this event as a thank you for your support for their country, delivered from Ukraine by a courier.
All raised funds will be split 50/50 & transferred to two causes:
1. 'Saving the Hearts of Children' at UNITED24 - an official fundraising platform for Ukraine.
Because of the war, the number of premature babies has increased by at least 15%. Behind this figure there are thousands of vulnerable children who were born prematurely and cannot survive without special help.
Incubators are needed to save their little hearts.
An incubator is basically a very advanced crib. It can create a special environment with the necessary oxygen concentration, humidity, temperature levels, silence and lighting, while also allowing parenteral nutrition and round-the-clock monitoring of vital signs.
The aim of the project is to buy 10 incubators (at approximately £220,000).
Hearts With Ukraine are aiming to raise £10,000 to contribute towards the project.
2. 'Mental Health Aid for Women & Children' at Ukraine Charity, registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales (registration No. 1163036). The charity has directed over £2,140,000 in 2022/2023 to support Ukraine primarily focusing on helping children, supporting orphanages and refugee shelters, providing medical equipment to children's hospitals and funding education and development programs.
Hearts With Ukraine are aiming to raise £10,000 to contribute towards mental health program for women and children affected by the conflict, where professional psychologists provide required assistance and ongoing support.
We are looking forward to hosting you on the 29th June at the Caledonian.

It has now been over a year since the war broke out in Ukraine bringing unimaginable devastation and loss of life. Some places have been completely wiped out or uninhabitable pushing people to leave their homeland for other parts of the country or go abroad. Many lived through the winter with no electricity or heating and no easy access to water due to destroyed infrastructure. The hospitals are overflowing with injured soldiers, civilians and children. Many children have lost their entire families. But despite all of this the Ukrainians continue tirelessly defending their country and freedom. Their bravery, resilience and unbreakable will to prevail in this unjustified invasion has won the world’s admiration and undivided support.
Many countries and people all over the world have come together to support the Ukrainians in many ways. But as their stance for survival continues, they need the world’s continued support more than ever.
Hearts With Ukraine is a community group set up by professionals working in London to raise funds in support of children and families in Ukraine affected by the conflict and in need of urgent assistance.
