A Craftsman Wine Dinner 
Craftsman play a major role in our daily lives, working hard and creating amazing products. We are proud to bring the true craftsmen and Washington state wine pioneers Tom and Anna-Marie Hedges to The Craftsman Cocktails and Kitchen for a special dinner on September 21st. Tom and Anna-Marie started their wine journey over 40 years ago and helped to put Washington on the map as a serious wine region. They will walk us through their diverse portfolio of award winning wine. These wines have inspired Chef Chris Nicosia to create a 5 course tasting menu to compliment the exciting variety of wines being showcased. Chef will be working with local farmer craftsman to incorporate their products into his pairing menu. Join us for a craftsman focused dinner centered on wine.

Osso Buco of lamb on roasted root vegetable gremolata paired with grilled lamb chop on savory wild mushroom gorgonzola bread pudding, red wine pan jus

Hazelnut tuile cup filled with warm red wine soaked berries topped with black pepper zabaglione, a homemade dark chocolate truffle
