Join us on March 14
Held in Bloom is a relaxed, all-ages art-making experience where participants create a small botanical artwork using pressed flowers and natural materials. Guided by artist Laura Erekson, guests are invited to slow down, arrange color and form, and make a simple laminated piece that preserves the beauty of plants in a lasting way.
This drop-in activity is designed to be accessible for children, teens, and adults alike—no prior art experience required. Participants can work intuitively, exploring composition, texture, and personal meaning, and leave with a finished piece that can be kept as a small artwork or used as a bookmark.
Held in Bloom celebrates creativity, care, and connection to the natural world, offering a gentle moment of making within the rhythm of the day. Come for a few minutes or stay awhile—each piece is unique, shaped by the hands that make it.
