Sunday- Silent Retreat
Morning:

8:00 am- 8:30 am Sunrise Meditation: Begin the day with a gentle wake-up call as the sun rises. Gather in a serene outdoor space for a guided meditation, focusing on breathwork and the sounds of nature.

8:30 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. Silent Breakfast: Enjoy a wholesome, nourishing breakfast in silence. Mindfully savor each bite, paying attention to the flavors and textures of the food.

9:00 am-12:00 pm Nature Walk: Take a quiet walk through the retreat’s natural surroundings. Observe the beauty of the trees, flowers, and wildlife, allowing yourself to be fully present in the moment. Take time to rest, journal, or contemplate. Use this period to reflect on your experiences and any insights that have arisen.

Afternoon:

12:00- 12:30 pm Creative Expression: Participate in art or writing session. Use this time to express yourself through drawing, painting, or journaling. 12:30- 1:00 pm We will share our experience as a group.

1:00-2:00 pm Lunch and how to eat healthy discussion.

2:00-4:00 pm Singing Circle

4:00-5:00 pm Dinner

5:00 pm-6:30 pm Affirmation, Manifestation and Sound Healing

Monday

8:00- 8:30 am Guided Meditation: Join a guided meditation session focusing on inner peace and self-discovery. Allow the meditation to guide you deeper into calm and clarity.

9:00am-9:45am-Qi gong

9:45-10:30 am Breakfast

11:00 am-1:00 pm- Hiking on Tuscarora Trail

1:30-2:30 pm Lunch

2:30-3:00 pm Tea and Closing Ceremony: Participate in a tea ceremony and appreciate the ritual and mindfulness in preparing and drinking tea.

Meet Dante Baker: a man brimming with passion, creativity, and a multitude of talents in the holistic healing arts. His philosophy revolves around the belief that the body possesses an innate wisdom, and the tools and services he offers are meticulously designed to bolster your body's natural healing processes. As a holistic healer, Dante works with private clients, imparts knowledge through classes in physical exercise, yoga, meditation, and qi gong, and orchestrates monthly Sound Healing Concerts. His inspiration is drawn from the teachings of holistic practitioners such as Acupuncturists, Chiropractors, herbalists, and Ayurveda Doctors, who have instilled in him the significance of preventive care measures. 

Dante’s journey commenced with a profound spiritual awakening at the age of 19, when he first delved into the world of plant medicines. These intense visual experiences underscored the importance of maintaining inner equilibrium during tumultuous times. A few months later, his life underwent a radical transformation when he embraced Transcendental Meditation.
