Catherine has built a purpose-driven company that champions local sourcing, environmental stewardship, and rural enterprise. A Deputy Lieutenant of Cornwall and recipient of an OBE for services to cheese exports and farming, she brings decades of experience in values-led leadership.

Claire Marshall is the General Manager at Mount Pleasant Eco Park - a venue for live music gigs & theatre shows, conferences, workshops and meeting spaces and is also a licensed wedding venue. The Eco Park is a flexible community venue that also provides high-quality workspace for local businesses, organic growing space for local people and training and education in traditional and sustainable skills. It is also the home of the Tropical Pressure music festival every July. The Eco Park is a living, breathing example of how sustainability can be woven into every aspect of our lives.

Prior to joining the Eco Park team in 2023, Claire was the Director of Carn to Cove, the rural touring scheme for Cornwall for 17 years and is passionate about the transformative power of the arts especially in rural community spaces.

Clare founded CTCC Solutions Ltd back in 2012 — turning redundancy and reinvention into a thriving business that now supports cash flow, customer relationships, and growth for clients across the UK. But that’s only part of her story.

From flipping houses and raising a blended family, to competing in a world championship at 52, Clare’s journey is one of resilience, reinvention, and knowing when to back yourself — even when it feels terrifying.

She’s also a passionate volunteer with projects like Surf Networking, The Wave Project, FSB, and Careers Hub, helping bridge the gap between business and education through meaningful connections.

Elle is the founder of Praeduco, an executive coaching practice that blends high-performance strategy with holistic wellbeing. With a background as an international athlete and senior brand leader at Reebok and YETI, she brings a unique perspective on resilience and leadership.

Elle’s coaching approach integrates physical health, emotional intelligence, and strategic clarity to help leaders thrive without burnout. She has also led marketing for the UK veterans’ charity Walking With The Wounded, reflecting her commitment to purpose-driven work. At Holistic Her, Elle will share insights on cultivating sustainable success through the Business Athlete Framework.

Emily is going to be hosting a Marketing Mindset Workshop and we're really excited about this one!

The Marketing Mindset Workshop will be a retreat-style session for self-employed women to gather in a nourishing space and envision the best marketing content for their heart-led business.

We’ll settle in with some yin yoga, breathwork and visualisations, before sharing and making action plans for our businesses' promotions. Emily will then guide us through practical content creation advice and tips, as well as holding space for our collective ideas - supporting each other in sharing our unique work with the world!

When she’s not helping clients grow sustainably, Sam volunteers as a Coastguard, plays sax with Go Go Skank, and gets in, on or under the sea at every chance. She’s the former Captain and Coach of the UK Freedive Team and was the first-ever speaker at TEDx Truro.
