About

Hope Horizons 2026 will shine a spotlight on approaches that effectively support families and parents directly impacted by Substance Use Disorder (SUD). This year’s institutes center whole-person, family-focused care—honoring each family’s needs, heritage, and unique pathways to recovery.

Workshops will bring together SUD treatment providers and community partners to strengthen collaboration before families reach a crisis point that requires system involvement. A key focus will be bridging the gap between treatment providers and community agencies, to support meaningful connection of patient families to the resources that can truly support their recovery.

By illuminating how community supports fit within a comprehensive treatment plan, Hope Horizons 2026 aims to build stronger, more coordinated networks of care that help families heal, thrive, and remain connected.
