HOWL-O-WEEN Canine Costume Contest
Join us on October 15th at the Hunter’s Creek Farmer’s Market
The Hunter’s Creek Dog Park’s HOWL-O-WEEN Costume Contest will be held at the October Hunter’s Creek Farmer’s Market this year! The first 25 dogs to register get a treat bag, so pre-registration is strongly encouraged! There will be one treat bag given per entry. Online registration closes on FrIday the 13th at 8:00 pm and general registration reopens at 11:00 am on the day of the event.
Entry Fee is $5 per dog. All proceeds benefit Friends of Hunter’s Creek Dog Parks and Hunter’s Village Rescue

Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:
Best Dog/Owner
Most Creative
Best Overall
Rules: Dogs must be on a leash at all times and accompanied by a handler at 18 years or older
No retractable leashes allowed
Well behaved dogs only! Aggressive dogs will be disqualified out of concern for safety
Owners must pick up after their dogs! Poop bags will be available

Registration will begin at 11:00 am on the day of the Event at the Hunter’s Creek Dog Park Booth. Dogs will begin staging at 12:45 pm in the area near the stage. Volunteers will be available to assist you. Judging will begin at 1:00 pm and dogs will be featured on the event stage. Prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the judging. All decisions of the Judges are final.
