Protecting Yourself from Litigation - Adam Bunge, Chairman & Founder, Ideal3

All parks will unfortunately be met at some point with the reality of human frailty, bodily injury, and personal injury lawyers. For these reason, careful consideration of the construction of your trampoline courts, the employment and training of competent staff, the proper inspection and maintenance of your equipment, and the informed instruction and supervision of your patrons are steps necessary to protect against such exposure.

3 Pillars for Success - Justin Kahan, National Account Manager - Mediagistic

In this session we’ll explore 3 key pillars to a successful park.  We’ll show how we do a deep dive into the location of the park by researching competitors, neighborhoods, population, and more.  The next pillar is operations, how are the park reviews?  How is the park managed? Are attractions in full operation? Utilizing the learnings of the location and operations research we then craft a comprehensive marketing strategy to meet the revenue goals for the park.  During this session, we’ll show how the data aligns to funnel successful park marketing.
