WHS Due Diligence Training
Duration: 2-hours
Delivery: Face-to-face or virtual

A short, sharp workshop that builds strong business assurance and improves leaders’ knowledge of their
legal obligations under the WHS Act (NSW).

Designed for medium-to-large organisations or workplaces with high
workers compensation claims.
Respect & Resilience: Train-the-Trainer
Duration:1-day (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Delivery: Face-to-face (In-person only)

An evidence-based workshop that helps organisations build internal capability to prevent customer misbehaviour. The program equips internal trainers and facilitators to confidently deliver customer aggression prevention training, with practical tools to reduce risk, de-escalate situations and support mental health and resilience at work.

Participants will be trained on how to deliver our Respect & Resilience program in-house to their customer-facing, frontline workforce.
Connect & Care: People Managers
Duration:1-day (9:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Delivery: Face-to-face (In-person only)

A practical workshop for people leaders managing workers. It builds confidence and capability to support workers at risk of injury, or recovering from complex physical or psychological injuries.

Participants will learn how strong leader-worker relationships can improve recovery outcomes and support return to work.
Psychosocial Risk Bootcamp
Duration: 10-weeks (6 x 2-hour fortnightly sessions)
Delivery: Virtual

 A structured, immersive and practical training program for human resources and risk management professionals. By the end of the program, participants will have completed their first psychosocial risk assessment.

The bootcamp emphasises practical application between sessions and enables participants to complete an assessment, action plan, and gain confidence to conduct future assessments without assistance.
Work Design Bootcamp
Duration: 6-weeks (4 x 2.5-hour fortnightly sessions)
Delivery: Virtual

Psychosocial hazards are linked to how work is organised and managed, like workload and unclear responsibilities. This bootcamp equips leaders with practical tools to tackle these risks and improve team operations.

Participants will learn to identify risks, consult workers, and redesign tasks.
Talking mental health at work for people leaders
Duration: 2-hours (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Delivery: Virtual

This 2-hour workshop is designed to help people managers recognise when someone may be struggling, how to provide support and respond without stepping outside professional boundaries.

This sessions gives you practical tools to immediately support your teams.
