Respect & Resilience - Train the Trainer
We partnered with Griffith University to create a program called Respect & Resilience to support employers and workers minimise the impact of customer misbehaviour and aggression.

NSW organisations can nominate select staff to attend a full-day, face-to-face workshop, where they'll learn how to deliver our Respect & Resilience program in-house to your customer-facing, frontline workforce.

Upcoming dates: Will be shared shortly, for our 2026 Sessions
Connect & Care
Target Audience: People leaders typically managing frontline workers.

Workshop Overview: Build the capabilities of people leaders to provide best practice support for workers at risk of a workplace injury or should a complex injury occur (psychological or physical). Enhance leader willingness, confidence and competence to facilitate recovery of workers and support successful return to work.
