This new offering is based on an IFS peer community group model that Marina and Risa began in 2020. It has a simple format of brief introductions, listening to a guided meditation, going to breakout rooms to ‘speak for parts’ and then closing in the larger circle. Its intention is connection and community.  

While most of our learning community resides in Canada we welcome people from all over the world. Our services are in English, and we require that participants be learners of IFS with the intention of use in a professional/workplace setting.
