IFS Demo Drop-in
Join RISA ADAMS Friday Sept 18, 2026 for a full length teaching demonstration of IFS.
Learning IFS involves seeing, doing, practicing and experiencing. Witnessing demonstrations is one of they key components of IFS education.
Risa Adams will lead this session and begin with a brief meditation for all participants to make contact with their parts, and see if it feels right to volunteer for the demo or to be a witness.
For those who volunteer we ask that you be open to recording and its future use for teaching purposes (eg. demo library for IFS Connect). You will always be able to change your mind. If no one is available for this we will open it up to a non-recorded demo.
Cost: $30 (by April 3, $35 after)

*No refunds - we aim to keep costs and admin low for this service, if the demo participant allows recording you will be sent a link to watch it if you are unable to attend live.
A list of participants to review for dual relationships and the Zoom link will be sent the day prior.

Risa is a Level 3 Certified IFS Therapist and Co-Lead Trainer with the IFS Institute and a family physician with a focused practice in psychotherapy. As a founding member of IFS Connect she is drawn to creating opportunities to share the challenges and joys of this work.
