This full-day hybrid workshop will have a live audience in Eagan, Minnesota at the Lost Spur Event Center (link to map), very near the MSP International Airport.

Our presenters: Fintan Mullan & Gillian Hunt represent the UHF in Belfast, Northern Ireland as part of their 2025 US Lecture Tour

Their workshop will cover a broad range of Irish ancestral research strategies, including:
- Exploring Records Related to the Different Churches in Ireland
- Introduction to Archives in Ireland: Onsite & Online, including the National Archives, National Library, and Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI)
- Using Irish land records: Griffith’s Valuation, Tithe and Estate records
- Exploring the Irish Registry of Deeds: an important source for eighteenth century research

Registration for the live event is limited, and the registration page will indicate the number of seats remaining. Tours of the Research Library and Irish Collection will be offered all this week. Individual consultations with the speakers can be purchased the following morning (see the event page).

There is no limit to the number of virtual attendees. The hybrid program will allow virtual attendees to unmute their microphone and camera for questions or discussion with the speaker following their presentation.

The webinar will be recorded, so any registrant who is not able to attend will have access to the recording until April 1.
