Convention Highlights
The International Hindi Association (IHA) is holding its 22nd biennial convention on Friday, May 2nd and Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, in Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

The Convention is hosted by the Northeast Ohio chapter of IHA. The theme of the convention is “New Generation, Hindi, and Culture in the Digital Age”. IHA members and non-members, leaders of distinction from across the globe are cordially invited. They are welcome to participate, enjoy and learn through creative, educational, and entertaining events related to Hindi language and associated cultural topics. Although the convention will emphasize and encourage youth participation, the poets, writers, artists of all ages are welcome to contribute.

In alignment with the convention theme this year, a key aspect of the convention is our educational workshops, focused on educating the attendees about innovative ways to teach Hindi. These will include introducing games apps for youngsters to learn the language and the use of digital technology in day-to-day life to promote Hindi.

Thus, the convention will offer great opportunities, to both the lay speakers of Hindi and Hindi enthusiasts, for cultural activism, education, digital learning, entertainment, and social networking. It will also serve as a great forum for parents to engage their children in the beauty and cultural heritage of the Hindi language.

The convention will feature a cultural program, offered by local artists on the evening of Friday, May 2nd, 2025. The convention will culminate in a highly anticipated grand Kavi Sammelan on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, showcasing a very talented team of poets of various styles and genres, sure to captivate the audience.
