Exclusive  Real Estate Mastermind at Shelley and Kevin Johnson’s favorite ranch located in Montana! Experience what its like as a real life cowboy/cowgirl on a real working horse ranch while masterminding with incredible leaders in the real estate industry! So many of you have asked and we are excited to have this incredible opportunity available for you.

This will be an experience like no other and have you living like a cowboy or cowgirl at one of Montana's most picturesque ranches. One of the wests 'last best places' where you may be lucky enough to witness one of the mares foaling, spend time with the horses, a real town rodeo, learning horsemanship, wranglers sharing stories at the campfire and other surprises. This place is truly spectacular and you will have an experience like no other.

You will have the opportunity to ride horseback to town from the ranch and participate in the local parade prior to attending the rodeo later that evening! The rancher's wife Sue said this is one of their families traditions and has invited all of us to saddle up and be a part of it. 🐴❤️

The first evening will start with a horseback ride and end with a special cookout dinner and campfire. We will sleep in canvas tents or one of the small ranch cabins- clean and comfortable for a good nights sleep! Enjoy the outdoors and horseback riding everyday. When the sun is hot, the trail rides are cool riding through the Gallatin Forest, on trails that let you experience the grandeur of the area! Horseback riding is a great way to slow down and experience the beauty, wildlife and reflect on the business and life you are creating for yourself and your family.

Plus, there is an exciting rafting trip planned. Get ready for two hours of non-stop FUN on the Yellowstone River! Kick off your half-day trip in rapids with colorful names like Man Eater, California Curler and Sleeping Giant. This is a get out of your comfort zone experience!

Plus, there are lots of sights to explore! Sightseers will enjoy pristine views of Yellowstone’s awe inspiring beauty. One of the countries most special places with geothermal wonders such as the terraced Mammoth Hot Springs, and other notable sights the 'Grand canyon of Yellowstone' and a multitude of waterfalls and spectacular vistas. You may see elk, mule deer, bison, bear and other animals (all close to the ranch)!

Friday is the start of the Gardiner Rodeo!! Bulls, Bucking Broncs, Wranglers, BBQ and cocktails. Bring your boots and cowboy/girl hat and enjoy the show!

Itinerary:
12th - Wednesday - Check in, horseback ride, Cowboy Cookout Dinner and Campfire
13th - Thursday - Breakfast at the Ranch house, Mastermind, Horseback Riding, Rafting, Hot Springs
14th - Friday - Early horseback ride to Gardiner on horse for parade (be a part of the parade!)....get back by 3.... drive back to rodeo by 6PM - Dinner at the Rodeo
15th - Saturday ... Breakfast and Mastermind, Yellowstone experience. Rodeo or keep exploring Yellowstone
16th - Sunday ... Breakfast, Final words and Time to pack up and say Farewell

How to get here:
Fly into Bozeman, MT (BZN) and rent a Jeep/SUV/truck to get up the mountain to the ranch (a beautiful drive through Paradise Valley) and for exploring downtown Bozeman (lots of fun western shopping) and/or the quaint town of Livingston with restaurants & shops.

Extend Your Stay - Come Early and/or 
Stay Late: 
The Yellowstone park entrance is only 15 minutes from the ranch so come early or extend your stay to have time to explore the park. This is a fabulous time of year with all of the animals out from their winter naps and rivers flowing beautifully, everything is lush and green! It will be an experience you will remember for the rest of your life! There are several hotels right in Gardiner, but be sure to book them asap because they book up quickly.
