Sponsorship Levels
Decorate a Trunk. Make a Difference.
Trunk hosts are businesses, organizations, professionals, and community members who are connected to the special needs community or share a genuine interest in supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.

We anticipate approximately 500 attendees, and each volunteer or organization is responsible for:

- Decorating a trunk or table.
- Providing enough candy or other treats for the duration of the event.
- Having your trunk or table fully set up no later than 5:00 PM.
- Being ready to welcome families when the event begins promptly at 5:30 PM.
- Remaining set up and present until the event concludes.

You are welcome to hand out brochures, flyers, or other promotional materials about your organization or services. However, this is not a vendor event, and the sale of products or services is not permitted.

To participate, please click the "HOST A TRUNK" button and complete the registration form. We appreciate your help in creating a fun, welcoming, and inclusive experience for every family!
Creating an Inclusive Environment
Help us create an inclusive environment. Every child experiences the world differently. Please be patient, flexible, and understanding if a child communicates, reacts, or behaves in a way you don't expect. A smile, kindness, and willingness to adjust can make all the difference in helping every family feel welcome.

Be prepared to interact with families in an inclusive and respectful manner. Be patient and flexible and understand that some children may communicate or behave differently.

Avoid scary decorations or loud sound effects. Since this is an inclusive event, encourage volunteers to keep displays sensory-friendly (or at least not intentionally frightening).

Keep your space accessible. Leave enough room for wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers to pass comfortably.

Candy/treat considerations. If possible, include a few non-food treats (stickers, pencils, fidgets, bubbles, etc.) for children with food allergies or dietary restrictions.

Clean up your area. Volunteers are responsible for removing their decorations and disposing of any trash before leaving.

Check in upon arrival. Check in at the Milestones table.
Weather note. Any changes to the event will be posted on the event Facebook page.

Additional Information. After signing up, you will receive an email from [email protected] with confirmation of your trunk or table space and additional event information. Questions about the event can also be sent to this email address.
