The ILCC 2023 aims to lay a foundation for Lean Design Management Sustainability Toolkit as the threshold for Lean Construction outcomes.
The ILCC 2023 introduces the Lean (Design) Ideation Challenge (LIC) Hackathon as a new chapter of innovation and creative application of Lean Principles across the asset lifecycle including Design Management Interventions, aimed at the 21st-century sustainability and climate change challenges. The event will be hosted by the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi in collaboration with similar institutions  (TBD).

The main objective of the ILCC 2023 Conference is to provide a common platform where Lean Construction practitioners – owners, architects, designers, contractors, consultants, coaches, academics, and various practitioners- can share their experiences and go further on the path of successfully applying Lean Conference to construction and related industries. The conference will comprise international and Indian keynote and invited presentations, academic paper presentations, industrial case studies as well as poster presentations on Lean principles across Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operation. A Pre-construction Lean Ideation Challenge Hackathon will be on practical implementation aspects with sessions from international and national lean coaches. Along with this, an Industry Day is organized for the construction industry professionals to appreciate the power of Lean Philosophy with stimulating discussions and case studies of construction projects which had used the Lean conference, as well as showcasing lean-based technology applications.
