Course Description
Eric Morin will teach practical strategies for building and leading high-performing dental teams that can support sustainable practice growth. The course will cover leadership fundamentals, team accountability, role clarity, effective communication, performance management, delegation, and the systems needed to develop leaders within the organization. Attendees will learn how to identify team and operational barriers, establish measurable expectations, improve ownership and execution, and create a scalable team structure that can grow with the practice.
Course Objectives
Upon completion of The Growth-Driven Practice: Building Teams That Lead, Perform, and Scale, participants will be able to:
- Identify the essential characteristics of high-performing dental teams and the leadership behaviors that support accountability, engagement, and sustainable growth.
- Differentiate between effective and ineffective approaches to team leadership, communication, delegation, and performance management.
- Analyze current team structures, roles, and workflows to identify operational barriers that may limit productivity, accountability, or practice growth.
- Apply practical leadership and communication strategies to improve team alignment, clarify expectations, and strengthen individual ownership of results.
