Advanced Endoluminal Bariatric Remodeling | Magnetic Anastomosis & Tissue Fusion.
Next-Wave Endoluminal Devices.
Course Overview
The Orlando Health Surgical Innovation Summit stands as a premier international forum where innovation moves decisively from concept to clinical reality. This summit brings together surgeons, endoscopists, scientists, engineers, and industry leaders to examine the convergence of advanced endoluminal therapies, next-generation robotic platforms, and artificial intelligence–enabled operating rooms.

The Summit positions Orlando Health at the forefront of redefining care beyond traditional surgery. This is not merely a meeting of ideas, but a platform where innovation is validated, trained, and scaled for real-world clinical impact.

Objectives of the Surgical Innovation Summit

1. To examine the evolution of metabolic disease management from pharmacologic therapies toward device-based and procedure-driven solutions supported by clinical evidence and translational research.
2. To define the role of robotics and artificial intelligence in modern surgery, including workflow optimization, motion-based analytics, surgeon performance assessment, and future credentialing pathways.
3. To present and critically assess advanced endoluminal bariatric technologies, including emerging platforms for gastric remodeling, suturing, anchoring, and long-term durability.
4. To provide state-of-the-art updates on magnetic anastomosis and tissue fusion technologies, highlighting their progression from pilot applications to scalable digestive surgery solutions.
5. To foster a collaborative academic–industry innovation ecosystem, positioning Orlando Health as a leading center for research, training, and global dissemination of next-generation therapies and procedures.
