PLENARY SPEAKER: DR. TIM GREEN
Dr. Tim Green is one of the most anointed and biblically impactful speakers in the Church. He brings a passion for helping leaders see how the Word of God is fleshed out and lived out. Dr. Green is Dean of the Millard Reed School of Theology and Christian Ministry at Trevecca Nazarene University. We look forward to being inspired and changed by his two plenary sessions!

WORSHIP LEADER: MIKE WEAVER OF "BIG DADDY WEAVE"
Mike Weaver ministers in music all over the world with BDW and with Weaver Family Worship. As lead singer for Big Daddy Weave, the band achieved #1 singles including: "Love Come to Life," "Redeemed," "The Only Name (Yours Will Be)," "Overwhelmed" and "My Story." Mike and his family live in Mt. Juliet, TN. His children have been yearly participants in Mount Juliet Church of the Nazarene's Mega Sports Camp and, for years, have attended a tutorial held each week at MJN. We welcome Mike and his daughter, Naomi, as they lead us in worship!

He is the founder of Boardserve (Boardserve.org), a global consulting and speaking firm that helps churches, universities, and nonprofit leaders and boards.

10. Dr. Mark Montgomery: "How to Inspire Young Adults to Follow Jesus" -Mark is the Director of Nazarene Collegiate Fellowship at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He is an author, speaker, and an ordained minister.

Andrea Parson: "Becoming and Belonging" -Equipping leaders and volunteers with practical strategies, ideas, and tools to provide an inclusive and welcoming environment to individuals with special needs, helping them feel valued, supported, and connected. Andrea is a member of Estill Springs Church of the Nazarene, serving with her husband, Tim.

12. Dr. Tim Parson: "Church Planting For Any Size Church" -Tim is the Lead Pastor at Estill Church of the Nazarene.

13. Rev. Lynn Riddle: "Shepherding The Lambs" (Children's Ministries) -Addressing questions pertaining to making Christ-like disciples of your children. The workshop's premise is based on the book, "Resilient: Child Discipleship and the Fearless Future of the Church" (Bell and Marchand, 2019). Lynn is the associate minister at Chattanooga Grace Church and has a wealth of experience in children's ministry leadership on the Virginia and North Carolina Districts.

14. Dr. Tyler Rutherford: "Stopping The Drift: Renewing Your Relational, Physical, Mental, and
Spiritual Health"
-Tyler is the lead pastor at Pleasant View Church of the Nazarene.

15. Rev. Heather St. Clair: "How SEEING People Changes Everything" -Before Jesus taught, healed, or called people, He noticed them. Discover practical ways to cultivate a culture of "noticing" in your church and learn how small moments can have eternal impact. Heather is an ordained minister, leader, and speaker. She is a member of Crossville Church of the Nazarene.

16. Rev. Billy Willis: "D.I.E. (Dependency, Intimacy, and Efficiency): The Key to Life and
Ministry"
-Billy is the lead pastor of Southview Community Church of the Nazarene in Kingsport, TN.
