Health & Wellness Abroad
By its very nature, traveling takes you out of your normal, day-to-day routine. Such a disruption can potentially threaten your health and wellness. If you're in a different time zone, then your circadian rhythm needs to readjust (jet lag is no joke). In a new setting, it is important that you attend to our physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being. What coping strategies work best for you, and how can you implement them while abroad? Join the SCIE, the Office of Spiritual Life and Campus Ministry, and the Cornerstone Student Support and Wellness Center to learn more about managing your health & wellness abroad! Participants will receive a free toiletry bag!

Butter chicken, traditionally known as murgh makhani originated in Northern India in 1948 and was created by Kundan Lal Gujral. It is a type of curry made from chicken with a spiced tomato and butter (makhan) sauce. The sauce is known for its rich texture and is mildly spicy and slightly sweet, so it's great for all! One can eat it with Naan (Naan is a leavened, oven-baked or tawa-fried flatbread) or rice. Participants will be entered into a drawing for an international food basket!
