On June 5at 6:30 pm we will host a LIVE event for members of Generous.Life and Generosity: NY including a powerful panel of diverse experts and leaders sharing practical and creative ways to invest to tackle global challenges.

The program is interactive and will be followed by a social time to connect with the panel and other guests to deep-dive and network with others who share a passion or curiosity for impact investing.

Dana Wichterman
Dana Wichterman is an impact investor (angel, venture, PE), and works as an ambassador for Impact Foundation (Impactfoundatio.org) a donor-advised fund specializing in helping Christians align their capital to their unique calling to partner with Kingdom-oriented for-profit companies.  She serves on the boards of Talanton, Noble Story Co and Five Talents US, and she co-founded the Washington, DC chapter of Faith Driven Entrepreneur and Investor. She is an active member of Potomac Angel Capital and ReNew Capital.

Dana has a Master’s in International Economic Development from Columbia University. She worked for the US Agency for International Development and International Trade Administration for 20 years, managing over 30 staff and $60 million in foreign aid. She and husband Bill have 3 grown children and reside in the Washington DC area.
Dr. Gregory Perry
Dr. Gregory R. Perry is President of Thirdmill Seminary and Vice President of Strategic Projects at Third Millennium Ministries where he was a founding member of the Board of Directors, serving from 1998 to 2017. Dr. Perry holds an M.Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary, a Th.M. from Columbia Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from Union Theological Seminary in Virginia.

While he served as Associate Professor of New Testament and Director of the City Ministry Initiative at Covenant Theological Seminary between 2003 and 2017, Greg utilized the Thirdmill curriculum in the classroom with his students and in the community with urban immigrant pastors. Compelled by the need for creative models of theological education that span barriers of cost, language and distance to equip Christian leaders where they serve Christ and His Church, Greg joined the leadership team at Thirdmill in 2017.
Mauricio Rincon
Mauricio Rincon leads Opportunity International’s impact investing and capital solutions efforts. Leveraging his Wall Street and cross border business development experiences, Mauricio is responsible for furthering Opportunity's mission through structured, blended capital solutions, designing impact-first, return-yielding investment vehicles, often in partnership with other organizations. In addition, he develops, structures, negotiates, and executes bank and microfinance M&A transactions for the organization.

Prior to joining Opportunity, Mauricio spent nine years as a Director with Barclays in New York and previously worked in investment banking at HBIBanca de Inversion in his native Bogota, Colombia. During his banking career, Mauricio led business solicitation across the Americas region and handled dozens of company transforming M&A and capital raising events for clients in the finance, real estate, infrastructure, industrials, and logistics sectors.
Thomas Keown
Thomas founded Many Hopes after visiting East Africa for the first time in 2007 and thinking “If my friends back home could see what I’ve just seen they would want to help. So I’m going to show them.”

Born in Northern Ireland during “The Troubles,” he was educated at Queens University, Belfast, worked for one of the two Nobel prize-winning signatories of the Belfast Peace Agreement, and is a former columnist. His career has spanned the media, politics and for-purpose missions in the UK, USA, Africa and Latin America. His belief that seemingly intractable problems can be solved by bringing the right influences to bear on them stems from his Christian faith. He lives in New York City with his wife and three-legged dog, serves as an elder at Church of the City, and travels extensively speaking on issues of justice.
Vanessa Leong
For more than 15 years, Vanessa has helped C-suite, government, and non-profit leaders navigate through times of transition, working with them to build the right culture and organizational structures to deliver on their business strategy. Vanessa designs change management programs that bring order to the chaos of transformation.

Outside of client work, Vanessa serves on the boards for Many Hopes, which builds homes and schools in Kenya, and Two Tunics, a family foundation dedicated to faith-based and social justice initiatives. She is passionate about healthcare, education, and diversity & equity issues.
