4th International Symposium on the Internet of Sounds (IS2 2023)
Join us in Pisa, Italy, on 26-27 October 2023
Registration process
All participants in IS2 2023, either in presence or online, need to register their attendance.
A registration includes the conference proceedings published by IEEE Xplore and access to the main IS2 track and its satellite events:
- The 1st International Workshop on Networked Immersive Audio,
- The 2nd International Workshop on Multilayer Music Representation and Processing.
There is no workshop-only registration.
For in-person attendees, the registration includes a conference bag with the conference program, personal badge, and access to coffee breaks, lunches, and the social dinner.
A discounted registration fee is available for members of the IEEE and students, unless they are the only author registering to present the paper (in which case the full registration rate applies, as described below).
Author Registration
Each accepted paper must have one full registration, i.e. General or IEEE Member. Without registration, the paper will not be included in the proceedings.
One registration covers up to two papers.
Registration Fees
General access: early 400 EUR, late 500 EUR
IEEE Member: early 300 EUR, late 400 EUR
IEEE Student Member: early 200 EUR, late 250 EUR
IEEE Life Member: early 200 EUR, late 250 EUR
Student: early 250 EUR, late 300 EUR
Cancellations and refunds
A registration can be cancelled at any time.
For cancellations made no later than 22 October 2023 a refund is possible. However, a cancellation fee of 50 EUR is applied and deducted from the refund.
After that date, no refund will be made.
Split payment
Italian public administration entities wishing to take advantage of the split payment procedure please contact the organiser at [email protected] before proceeding with the registration.
