Welcome back to our 2nd Annual JCUP Tournament!
Due to POPULAR demand, we will be golfing 18 holes this tournament! Again, we will register 4-man Teams, topping at 20 Teams maximum. Sponsor A Hole will remain $300 and will allow anyone to display a personal message and/or a business logo. Shotgun start at 8 am SHARP, rain or shine. 2 carts per team are provided.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Players MUST register via website.
- Please fill out your registration completely WITH Team Name & Shirt Sizes.
- If purchasing a Sponsor A Hole ticket, please fill out all required boxes as Not Applicable EXCEPT the Message or Business Logo box.
- If purchasing JCUP merchandise, please fill out all required boxes as Not Applicable EXCEPT the Mailing Address Box.


In terms of last year, we had an unimaginable turnout. The Jacob Starck Memorial Fund donated $5,000 to Lakeside Academy in Buffalo, MN. Lakeside Academy is an inpatient treatment facility that specifically works with young males of the age 14-18 that struggle with alcohol and/or drug addiction. Our donation helped home an adolescent male for a number of months, at no cost to him or his family. Jacob's family and friends are extremely blessed to be able to donate in his name, ALL THANKS TO YOU.
