Join us for a timely and thoughtful Lunch & Learn with Andrés Spokoiny—President & CEO of the Jewish Funders Network—exploring how Jewish philanthropy has evolved since October 7, and what this period has revealed about the responsibilities and direction of Jewish giving.

In the years following the attacks, Jewish philanthropy has been shaped by sustained urgency, moral complexity, and long-term strategic questions. Funders and institutions continue to grapple with priorities, sustainability, global responsibility, and how to respond thoughtfully in a changed and emotionally charged landscape.

In this grounded and practical session, Andrés Spokoiny offers a clear-eyed framework for understanding these shifts. Drawing on decades of leadership across federations, funder networks, and international Jewish organizations, he examines how philanthropy can balance crisis response with long-term vision, values, and impact.

Participants will leave with deeper insight into the forces reshaping Jewish giving today, and a stronger foundation for thoughtful, values-driven philanthropic decision-making in the years ahead.
