Masterclass Agenda 17 July
Join us on Wednesday 17 July before the official conference program kicks off for an exclusive afternoon session titled "Navigating the Future: Mastering Success in Employment, Disability, and Social Enterprise", led by our Representation and Engagement team, sponsored by Employment Hero.

The reviews are almost complete, and the upcoming reforms and funding are crucial. Our NFP sector must seize this once-in-a-generation opportunity. The new Federal Government has focused on employment, social enterprise, disability, and remote Australia.
In this half-day Masterclass, we will bring together four sectors for a unique opportunity to collaborate. Government reviews consistently highlight that operating in silos has not been effective. Each sector needs to understand and work with the others to succeed. The reforms will enable the necessary collaboration, providing a vital opportunity for those who embrace change to thrive, while those who do not may be left behind.

The Masterclass will be facilitated and highly interactive. Experts from various fields will share their collective knowledge, and we will maximise the time for Q&A to ensure a comprehensive understanding. Key decision-makers from government will be present and actively participating in discussions. This Masterclass will not only be an opportunity to learn but also to influence the reforms.

Please note that the Masterclass is exclusively available to conference attendees and cannot be purchased independently. Full conference registration is required to access the masterclass.

The Jobs Australia Conference was held from March 20 to 22 in a hybrid format at the State Library of Victoria in Melbourne. The conference brought together collaborators from the Not for Profit (NFP) sector to explore how NFPs can reduce potential risks and stay relevant by building on the power of the past to ultimately succeed in the future.
