Think Regeneration, a national, non-profit coalition of farmers, ranchers, researchers, and industry professionals, is hosting a one-day program on October 17 in Paola, Kansas, dedicated to helping organic producers and those interested in organic agriculture production develop the skills necessary to enhance their leadership skills, marketing, and networking.

This elite leadership program, free through a generous cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, creates an experience for personal and professional growth and will be focused on developing skills for organizational leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, non-linear thinking, and strong relationships. Participants will walk away with skills to help them overcome real-world obstacles involved with organic growing, certification, marketing, and sales.
Attendance is limited to 15 participants on a first-come-first-served basis.

Think Regeneration Leadership Program includes:
  • a defined set of action items to take back to your business/organization,
  • Gallup Strengths coaching by trained professionals,
  • media training by former journalists, and
  • an active problem-solving workshop.

We are excited to announce our program partners, Gail Fuller of the Fuller Field School and Sara Keough, integrative eco-nutritionist, speaker, and community connector of Eco-Nutrition, who will be leading a one-day workshop on October 16 focused on farmer resilience and mental health.
Workshop fee is $50.
