Think Regeneration, a national, non-profit coalition of farmers, ranchers, researchers, and industry professionals, is hosting a one-day program on October 17 in Paola, Kansas, dedicated to helping organic producers and those interested in organic agriculture production develop the skills necessary to enhance their leadership skills, marketing, and networking.
This elite leadership program, free through a generous cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, creates an experience for personal and professional growth and will be focused on developing skills for organizational leadership, effective communication, problem-solving, non-linear thinking, and strong relationships. Participants will walk away with skills to help them overcome real-world obstacles involved with organic growing, certification, marketing, and sales.
Attendance is limited to 15 participants on a first-come-first-served basis.
