The Professional Property Stager REA Certification combines the first two levels of the Professional Property Stager four level Certification.

Part 1: Focuses on the property staging side of a real estate business, teaching the core fundamentals from floor to ceiling. Participants learn staging design elements such as color, texture, and how to evaluate current market and property trends. Through guided scenarios, students practice making staging recommendations for different spaces in a home and learn techniques to improve layout and presentation.

Part 2: Focuses on applying staging knowledge to help homeowners sell faster and for more money. The certification centers on the Limited Service Plan (LSP©), a structured consultation tool that guides clients who want to complete staging work themselves with professional direction. Participants learn how to deliver effective consultations, create detailed LSP reports, and use their staging and client-management skills to prepare homes for market. The program also covers staging service rates and pricing structures!
