Our family reunions allow us the opportunity to reconnect, reminisce, and create new memories that will last a lifetime. Together, we will celebrate the strength and unity of our family through fun activities, shared history, delicious food, and the warmth of each other’s company.
Please save the date and get ready for a weekend of reflection, love, laughter, and cherished moments. As you know, our past reunions have been full of joy and meaningful connections. One family member fondly recalls our inaugural gathering in 2005 as fabulous and momentous!

Our celebration will be a tribute to our heritage, the resilience of our family, the spirit of Juneteenth, and the unbreakable bonds that unite us. Together, we will honor our Charles family, our Haitian culture, and our shared journey toward freedom and unity.

We have secured a block of rooms at a special discounted rate at the Embassy Suites hotel, should you choose to stay there. The hotel is conveniently located near the weekend's planned activities. We highly recommend booking your room as soon as possible by April 30th. To reduce costs, you are welcome to share a room with other family members. Please keep in mind that since it's a holiday weekend, rooms will fill up quickly.

Are there any hotel accomodations nearby?
We have rooms available at the Embassy Suites Hotel Galleria, which is conveniently located near the planned activities. We recommend this hotel to fully experience the spirit of the reunion, though you are welcome to choose other accommodations in the nearby area.
Do you need any volunteers?
We are constantly seeking volunteers and committee members. During the reunion, branch representatives will help organize groups and keep everyone informed about the day's activities. Volunteers may also assist with setup, entertainment, serving as MCs, and more.
I need to update my Registration/RSVP. Who do I contact?
Unfortunately, once you've submitted your response, you won't be able to access the registration form again. However, we're happy to assist with this on your behalf. If you need to make any changes, please reach out to Nerlie or Jojo with the updates. Alternatively, you can submit a new registration and inform us which form should be deleted.
