You have been invited to sip on delicious ciders and celebrate with us; we can't wait to introduce you to our 2023 lineup!

Event Details:
  • Ticket price ($20) includes four 2 oz. samples of different hard ciders, each with a distinctive chef-created and locally sourced food pairing.
  • Access to a beautiful charcuterie spread highlighting some of our favorite local purveyors.
  • A Watson Wheeler Cider glass to take home with you.
  • Additional pours of both fresh and hard cider will be available for purchase at the event, as well as bottles to go. 
  • Take the tasting to another level with the option to add-on a pairing of fresh oysters and a 500ml bottle of a unique small batch 2023 cider. {Quantities are limited. You may pre-order & purchase at the end of your online registration}.

An opportunity for us to share our ciders with store owners, market managers, bar/restaurant representatives and other cider makers in a more intimate setting. This portion of the evening is invite-only and free for participants. If you are interested in joining us or if you know someone we should invite, please send us a message at [email protected] .

Tastings & Pairings
We will walk you through four 2 oz. cider pours, each with a chef-crafted bite. We recommend arriving no later than 7:00pm so that you are not rushed.
Our cider bar will also be open for cider by the glass during this time.

I have a dietary concern, what can I expect in the pairing?
The four tasting bites are vegetarian and locally sourced. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please find us at the event or email us at [email protected] and we can give you the information you need . Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to make substitutions.

I am coming to town for the event, where should I stay?
There are a limited number of rooms available at the Inn at Manchester, so we highly recommend that you book yours ASAP. The Village of Manchester has many great hotel, inn and airbnb options.



Is this a kid-friendly event?
YES, we are a family company. There will be some lawn games and our charcuterie boards and fresh cider will suit their discerning little palettes. Kids are free.

Can I bring my pet?
While we love animals, we ask that you kindly leave your best friend behind.
