Walk away able to separate evidence from propaganda — and to recognize the legal and rhetorical patterns behind today's antisemitic narratives before they take hold.
Judge Roy Altman joins us at The Dupree for a timely conversation on law, leadership, and the fight against antisemitism, which today permeates civic life through slogans, distorted history, selective narratives, and institutional decisions made without evidence or accountability — and when institutions accept propaganda as fact, the result is not just bad discourse, it creates space for anti-democratic norms.
Judge Altman's book,
Israel on Trial: Examining the History, the Evidence, and the Law, applies legal standards to the political claims made against Jews and their support for Israel. He will share his analysis and reflections, followed by a moderated conversation and audience Q&A with Keath Blatt, Executive Director of Jewish Action Coalition.
Breakfast will be served. Copies of Israel on Trial will be available.
