The 414 Leadership Academy offers a unique leadership training experience. This program is designed for anyone who wants to increase your faith and grow as a leader in the home, workplace, community, and church. This program will equip you with the tools necessary to lead in your realm of influence. With a mix of classroom learning and a vibrant community of believers, you will be set up for a life of leadership and purpose wherever God sends you.

LEADERSHIP ACADEMY OVERVIEW

Spiritual Development
You will be equipped with tools and resources you need to interpret and understand scripture, enhance your prayer life, and learn how to effectively share your faith with others.

Leadership Development
You will be equipped with hands-on leadership training by 414 Staff and local community leaders to help you grow your capacity to lead and encourage others.

Community
Your classmates will become like family as you grow and support each other on your journey through Leadership Academy.

Leadership Lessons (from The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership by Dr. John Maxwell)
  • The Law of Magnetism: who you are is who you attract.
  • The Law of Connection: leaders touch the heart before they ask for a hand.
  • The Law of the Inner Circle: those closest to you determine your level of success.
  • The Law of Empowerment: only secure leaders give power to others.
  • The Law of the Picture: people do what people see.
  • The Law of the Buy-In: people buy into the leader, then the vision.
  • The Law of the Victory: leaders find ways for the team win.
  • The Law of the Big Mo: momentum is a leaders best friend.
