This three month group coaching program equips participants with a practical framework to choose and apply the right leadership style for the right situation. Leaders will learn how to communicate with greater intention, reflect on their own habits and mindset, and drive stronger results through more effective conversations.
Through real-world scenarios, group discussion, and experiential learning, participants are encouraged to step outside their comfort zone and actively engage with the course material. The workshop blends reflection with action—giving leaders a chance to practice what they’re learning in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
