News & Updates
Audience: Women seeking spiritual growth, health encouragement, and connection

We are a Female-Centric women’s conference focused entirely on conversations, programming, and lived experiences of adult women.
Conference Attire: Smart Casual
To help create a welcoming, comfortable, and polished atmosphere, the attire for the Lead with Conviction Women's Conference is Smart Casual.

Smart casual is a blend of comfort and professionalism. Think polished yet relaxed—an outfit that helps you feel confident while allowing you to fully participate in a weekend of learning, fellowship, and renewal.

Examples of smart casual attire include:
  • Dresses or skirts
  • Dress pants or tailored trousers
  • Nice jeans (free of rips or distressing)
  • Blouses, sweaters, or polished tops
  • Blazers or lightweight jackets (optional)
  • Comfortable flats, loafers, dress sandals, boots, or clean fashion sneakers

We encourage attendees to dress in a way that reflects their personal style while remaining comfortable for sessions, group discussions, and activities throughout the day. Since meeting room temperatures can vary, bringing a light sweater or jacket is recommended.

Most importantly, come as you are and come ready to be refreshed. We want every woman to feel comfortable, confident, and free to focus on connecting, growing, and leading with conviction.
