As Passover approaches, many of us turn our attention to preparing for the Seder—cleaning our homes, organizing what we’ll bring to the table, and getting ready to retell the familiar story. This gathering invites a parallel kind of preparation: creating space internally, slowing down, and approaching the season with greater awareness and intention.
Led by Rabbi Josh Feigelson, this afternoon experience centers on Jewish mindfulness practice, guided reflection, and small-group conversation. Through shared practice and facilitated breakout groups led by local rabbis, participants will explore what it might mean to release inner 'Chametz', clarify what matters most, and arrive at the Seder feeling more present and grounded.
