If you have previous experience in ballroom and Latin, you will be encouraged to compare and contrast with your existing experience and understanding to enhance your skills.

Each workshop builds on the previous week, the most benefit is to be had attending all 9 sessions as each theme builds upon the previous, however, we have structured it so you can attend all 3 workshops, just 2 or even a single workshop of 3 sessions, if that is all you can fit in.

All workshops will focus on rhythm, levelling movement technique, African American dance posture, an approach and understanding of how to dance to Jazz Era music and a bit about the history, dancers and styles of Lindy Hop.
