The Living Well workshop is about two things:
1. Living the most satisfying life possible, and
2. Developing healthy living habits
Healthy habits can help you create the life you want, but changing your habits is not always easy. This workshop will help you to priortize and define your goals and learn the habits and strategies to help you acheive them. We all face challenges and barriers when we start working towards new goals, learn how to navigate these barriers so they do not discourage you from moving forward towards your goals.
