Rider Information
1. Registration & Mandatory Meeting
  • Gates open at 5:00 PM for rider registration; close at 6:30 PM.
  • All riders must sign a waiver (minors need a parent/guardian).
  • Mandatory rider meeting behind the bucking chutes at 6:30 PM.
2. Gear Requirements & Safety
  • Riders must have rope, vest, glove, mouthpiece, long-sleeve shirt & jeans.
  • EMTs are on‑site; if evaluated, you must be cleared before riding again.
3. Behind‑the‑Chutes Rules & Arena Conduct
  • Only riders and authorized personnel allowed behind chutes.
  • Dress Code - Western attire (long sleeves, jeans, boots) is required behind the bucking chutes.
  • Conduct - Youth and spectators will be present. Respect stock, staff, and fellow riders. No unsportsmanlike behavior.
  • No alcohol or substances behind the chutes or in the arena area.
4. Draw, Order of Events & Readiness
  • Draw posted at registration and at each end of bucking chutes.
  • Draw‑Out Policy - Riders who draw out after 8:00 PM on Sunday 6/7 are responsible for paying the stock fee.
  • Riders must know their order and be ready when called.
  • Missing your turn may result in disqualification.
5. Payout, Awards & Paperwork
  • Individual event checks issued after the last ride and results are finalized – pickup at red barn.
  • Buckle/Added Money determined after the last ride on Saturday.
6. Parking, Photography & Weather
  • Use designated rider parking areas.
  • Event photographers may be present; photos may be used for promotion.
  • Rodeo runs rain or shine unless conditions become unsafe.
