• DrawOuts: Riders who draw out after 8 PM Sun 8/2 must still pay fees to stay in good standing with Lone Oak & Stock Contractors.
• Rider SignIn: 5:00–6:30 PM
• Mandatory Rider Meeting: 6:30 PM behind the chutes
• Registration Payment: Cash only unless another method was prearranged
• Waivers: All riders must sign; minors need a parent/guardian
• Parent Pass: 1 parent pass per registered minor — no other extra free passes
• Required Gear: rope, vest, glove, mouthpiece, long sleeves, jeans (helmets optional — strongly encouraged)
• Be Ready: Know your order & be ready when called — missing your turn may result in DQ
• No Alcohol/Substances: None allowed behind the chutes or in the arena area
