The LWVLCF annual meeting theme, "Preserving Democracy: With Liberty and Justice for All" has been selected in keeping with our recent work on the Federal Judiciary Study and our national initiative, Unite and Rise 8.5, mobilizing 8.5 million voters.
The Honorable Quintin McGee, North Carolina Special Superior Court Judge will be our guest speaker.
In addition to voting on a slate of Board officers and directors, we will approve the annual budget, review Action Team goals, and award three $1,000 scholarships to the winning high school seniors who competed in our Scholarship program this year.
