Making Marriage Work
Join us on February 11, 2023
Love was so easy in the beginning. Everything came natural—conversation, passion, fun. But when everyone settled in and life chugged along, it started to get hard.

You may have started to wonder what happened. Did you chose the wrong person? Did you fall out of love?

Nope, you just got married.

Marriage is hard, and until now, there was no blueprint.

Thanks to John & Julie Gottman, renowned experts in the field of long-term relationships, we know what makes marriage work. Their 40 years of research observing couples has delivered practical, hands-on skills to improve, heal, and nurture relationships. Check out this video for more info on their work:

On February 11, 2023 at the Jefferson Street Inn in Wausau, this one-day, educational workshop will help you learn those relationship skills so you can communicate better, grow with each other, manage conflict, and meet each other's deepest needs. The workshop will include lectures, demonstrations, videos, and private couple exercises.

As a trained Gottman leader for this educational workshop and a level 2 trained Gottman Couples therapist, I will help walk you through the skills it takes to make marriage work.
