Bundle up for this late Winter event at Benner’s Farm. All phases of Maple Sugaring will be demonstrated at our working homestead. Learn about the history of the maple sugaring process with Mr. Benner in the warm barn. Gather sap and see how the trees are tapped, what kind they are, and how to tell them from the other trees in our Long Island woods. Stand in front of the warm fire where the gallons of sap are boiled down to produce the wonderfully sweet, syrup we all enjoy. Enjoy a maple treat at the maple candy demonstration table. Finally, taste the finished syrup and hot pancakes made from scratch with some warm hot cocoa!

Admission is $15.00 for each person in your group (adults or kids) for a two-hour event on the farm. (No refunds will be given for this ticketed event)
Maple products will be available for purchase.
