Bundle up for this late Winter event at Benner’s Farm. All phases of Maple Sugaring will be demonstrated at our working homestead. Start by learning about the history of the maple sugaring process with Mr. Benner in the warm barn. Then move to gather sap and see how the trees are tapped, what kind they are, and how to tell them from the other trees in our Long Island woods. Next, stand in front of the warm fire where the gallons of sap are boiled down to produce the wonderfully sweet, syrup we all enjoy. Take a small walk down to the event barn to enjoy a maple treat at the maple candy demonstration table. Finally, taste the finished syrup and hot pancakes made from scratch with some hot cocoa!

Admission is $15.00 for each person in your group (adults and kids) for a two-hour event on the farm. This event is rain, snow or shine.
(No refunds will be given for this ticketed event)

1. A purchased ticket is required for adults and children to enter the farm. Everyone MUST have a ticket to enter.
2. Please arrive 10 minutes before your ticket time to park and check in for your tour (if you arrive too early, you will be asked to leave and come back closer to your time)
3. If you missed your ticket time, we cannot guarantee a spot in the next booking
