In January, we lost a very special person. Mark touched many lives in so many different ways. As a step towards healing from our loss, we invite Mark’s circles of friends and family--near and far, recent or from the past--to gather together.
This event will be open house style, with some scheduled activities, food and beverage as outlined below. You are welcome to attend the whole event or come and go as you would like or are able. Lunch will be served buffet style over the course of a few hours.

Please join us to celebrate our friend Mark Ernst with a "Celebrate Mark's Life Ride!" We will gather for a group photo 10 minutes prior to each ride.
7:30 am - 30 mile route, with an option to cut back earlier to shorten to approx 20 miles. Pace will average 15 mph, road bike required.
8 am - 18 mile route, flatter, more relaxed ride. Pace will average 12-13 mph. All bikes welcome.
10 am - 5 mile family ride - all ages & abilities welcome.
The goal is to share memories and enjoy a great bike ride just like Mark used to do!

NOTE: This celebration will take place outside in Voyageur Park in De Pere, located along the Fox River Trail. Mark was instrumental in helping create and maintain this trail. Although the event will be outside, there will be a large tent for shade and cover from the elements. We recommend dressing for whatever the weather conditions are on the day of the event. Parking will be near the tent.
