Join Chef Allison Martin Holt and honey sommelier Alysa Quitoriano for an evening of opulence featuring a masquerade honey tasting followed by a bespoke farmers market dinner.

The evening will commence with a honey tasting that is not just a feast for the senses, but a vibrant celebration of the diverse flavors of Southern California. We will explore the visual, olfactory, gustatory, and textural nuances of various honeys, with each varietal showcasing the rich colors and unique characteristics that reflect the region’s floral bounty.

Following the tasting, the evening will continue with a bespoke farm-to-table dinner—an immersive celebration of the connection between food, nature, and community. This multi-course meal is crafted entirely from ingredients sourced from the Santa Monica and Hollywood Farmers Markets. From the locally grown produce to the carefully curated ambiance, every element reflects the care and craftsmanship behind this unforgettable evening, fostering a deeper appreciation for the flavors of Southern California
