With a PhD in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine from Western University and a Medical Innovation Fellowship, he has helped secure over $4M CAD in funding, published 16 manuscripts, and established clinical partnerships with top-tier hospitals. Recognized as one of London’s Top 20 in their 20s and a young trailblazer in MedTech innovation, Dr. Biswas brings a unique perspective on translating complex science into scalable healthcare solutions.

Dolma Tsundu is the founder of Flutter Care, developing innovative devices to prevent stillbirths and improve maternal care. She co-founded the Canadian Collaborative for Stillbirth Prevention, advocating for a national strategy to reduce Canada’s stillbirth rate by 30% by 2030. Recognized nationally by The Globe and Mail, Engineers Canada, and the Canadian Medical Association, Dolma is passionate about addressing critical gaps in care through equitable MedTech innovation and improving outcomes for women, children, and families.
