Join us Nov. 17-19 in Pittsburgh, PA for our 10th Annual Member Meeting! The Member Meeting is open only to ARM Members and is our cornerstone annual event. This event convenes representatives from across our nearly 500 member organizations for three days of networking, knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and live demonstrations.
Our 2026 event will feature special activities in celebration of the 10th iteration of our Annual Member Meeting! Note that ARM Members must be in good standing to attend by being up-to-date on all membership invoices.

2026 Member Meeting Pricing - Take Advantage of Early Bird Pricing
As you were notified via email, the ARM Institute is introducing a new, nominal registration fee for our event. This fee will provide us with a more accurate count and breakdown of attendees, enabling us to provide more curated networking opportunities. It will also further allow us to cover portion of the costs associated with our event, allowing us to redirect some funds into more programs and offerings for our Members.
Because we aim to give as many Members as possible the opportunity to present at our event through project updates, five-minute pitches, panel discussions, and other opportunities, non-keynote speakers will still need to pay the registration fee associated with their membership level and according to when they register.
Note that we have provided discounts based on member levels and when you secure your registration to keep our event accessible to ARM Members of all sizes.

- Thursday, November 19: 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Our event will feature concurrent Technology and Education/Workforce Development Tracks on the afternoons of Nov. 17 and Nov. 18. If you are interested in both topics, we suggest sending two representatives.
We will not travel to Mill 19 for a reception this year and will instead host both networking receptions at the Wyndham Grand Hotel. However, we will offer optional tours with self-travel to our Pittsburgh facility on the afternoon of Nov. 19. Separate registration will be sent closer to our event.
