Join Generous.Life New York on Tuesday, October 29th for a conversation on mental health and wellbeing.
As a society, we are continuously confronted with the growing mental health crisis. Challenges arise in every facet of our lives—whether it’s inflation, returning to the office, economic uncertainty, the upcoming elections, or family dynamics and culture wars. Many of us find ourselves with less time, energy, and support to address these stressors. Fatigued by "awareness" campaigns and theories of change, we search for easy and actionable steps we can use for ourselves and our children. Weary, even spiritual leaders are bearing the weight of this difficult moment in history.

During this busy fall season, how can we as high-capacity leaders and families prioritize our mental and emotional health? How can we model wellness and teach the next generation the resilience they will need for the world around them?

This event is a follow-up to our conversation on March 13th, aiming to explore these important topics further with our speakers in New York City. This event will center on caring for kids, families, and one another. We will discuss the everyday tools, and resources from these amazing organizations that can help you, and how a generous community is part of the improvement of our mental health.

Please RSVP below and join us on Tuesday, October 29th.
